Sometimes a scent suggestion will be made in the listing if the scent is a perfect pairing for the design.

When purchasing a lava bracelet, please be sure to specify your Essential Oil choice in notes or note that no scent is preferred.

Refund/Return:

River + Sloane does not offer refunds or exchanges. All purchases are final sale. If an item has been damaged during transit, please contact us via email and we will work together to remedy the situation.

Shipping:

All items are made to order, therefore TAT will vary. This information will be updated  weekly on our Facebook page. Currently handmade items are shipping with a 4 week TAT. All other curated or printed items are shipping with a 4-6 week TAT.
